If you're ready to be part of our 2013 Eaglecrest Alaska Missions experience, this page will assist you with registration. Please read the following information carefully, based on whether you're registering as a group or an individual.
To register a group, you must download the group registration form located in the right hand column. Before completing the form and submitting a deposit, contact an Eaglecrest Alaska Missions leadership team member to determine if the date your group wants is still available. The EAM representative will typically hold the date for two week's while you complete the form and submit a deposit. Once you've confirmed that your desired date is available, complete the form and submit with a $500 deposit. This secures your date. We'll send you a good faith agreement once your payment and registration form is received. Once you're ready to sign up participants, download and photocopy the Individual Permission Form. All participants, leaders included, must complete this form. This form is do six weeks prior to departure for Alaska. A $100 per person deposit is due by December 1. Groups that sign on after December 1 will receive one month after your $500 group deposit has been received to submit the $100 per individual deposits.
