Redefining Youth Ministry In A Postmodern Culture
| Designed as a 3 hour or 6 hour presentation, this workshop will emerse your team into the reality of changes currently taking place in youth culture, and how these changes are affecting the attitudes, beliefs, and world views of our teens. By understanding these changes and the impact they are making, we can begin to reconstruct a youth ministry framework that will effectively reach this generation. Without "throwing out the baby with the bathwater", your workshop consultant will assist you in designing a Ministry Advancement Plan (MAP) that is consistent with the vision of your church, and unique to the individual personality that makes your church your church. The 3 hour presentation provides you with the tools necessary to redefine a youth ministry visions. The 6 hour format provides your group time to unpack the presentation and begin to design goals and strategies for moving forward.
