Time Windows: when booking your flights, all participants must arrive in Anchorage between 3:00 pm and 11:00 pm on the day your experience begins. Return flights must be scheduled on your departure date evening, between 3:00 pm and 11:00 pm. Any flights outside this window must receive prior approval by an EAM representative and will likely be assessed an additional fee.
Participants Arriving At Different Times: In some cases, your group may save $$ by arriving on two different flights. If all participants arrive or depart within the time window noted above, no additional fees will be accessed. If however you have one or more participants that arrive or depart on a different day, or outside the window noted above, an additional fee of $250 will be assessed per time, to cover the costs of fuel and additional depreciation on our equipment. This fee must be paid in advance.
Airline Luggage & Travel Policies: It is the responsibility of each group leader to check with the airlines to determine policies for luggage size, weight, or other restrictions. It is also recommended that because groups generally take longer to check in , be sure to arrive at least two hours prior to your departure time. Eaglecrest Alaska Missions will not be liable for increased fees assessed by the airlines as a result of oversize or overweight luggage, missed flights, or other delays.
